§ 0.1.0 Notification and Acceptance
Upon selection as a recipient of the Hyunbin Scholarship Award, the individual will be notified via their provided email address and/or phone number. The notification will include all relevant details regarding the award benefits, procedures for claiming the award, and any subsequent requirements. The recipient is required to formally accept the award within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of notification. Failure to provide acceptance within this timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of the award, and Gochi retains the right to offer the award to an alternate candidate or withhold it entirely.

§ 0.2.0 Disbursement of Benefits
The financial prize associated with the award will be disbursed to the recipient through secure methods, including electronic bank transfers or physical checks, depending on regional banking regulations and the recipient’s preference. The commemorative plaque and other physical materials will be shipped to the recipient’s designated address using standard courier services. Recipients must ensure the accuracy of their contact and banking information to avoid delays in the disbursement process.

§ 0.3.0 International Recipient Provisions
International recipients of the Hyunbin Scholarship Award are subject to additional logistical arrangements to ensure seamless delivery of benefits. Gochi will cover reasonable costs associated with international shipping and provide support to navigate customs regulations for physical items. For financial disbursements, all transactions will be conducted in compliance with international banking standards and local financial regulations in the recipient’s country of residence. Recipients must cooperate by providing all necessary information and documentation to facilitate these processes. Gochi is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the recipient or external regulatory requirements.

§ 0.4.0 Collaborative Opportunities
Recipients of the Hyunbin Scholarship Award are eligible for various entrepreneurial support opportunities, including but not limited to brand endorsements, project features, or mentorship engagements. The execution of these opportunities is contingent on mutual agreement between the recipient and Gochi. Specific terms, timelines, and expectations for these collaborations will be defined following the recipient’s acceptance of the award and will align with Gochi’s operational capabilities and the recipient’s personal and professional objectives.

§ 0.5.0 Promotional Participation
By accepting the Hyunbin Scholarship Award, the recipient agrees to participate in promotional activities as reasonably requested by Gochi. This may include the use of the recipient’s name, likeness, and biographical information in public announcements, press releases, and marketing materials. Such participation will be conducted in alignment with the recipient’s preferences and Gochi’s commitment to maintaining professional integrity.

§ 0.6.0 Limitation of Liability
Gochi assumes no responsibility for delays, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to postal or courier service interruptions, banking delays, or compliance issues with international laws and regulations. The recipient acknowledges that any unclaimed award benefits within the thirty (30)-day acceptance period will be forfeited without further liability on Gochi’s part.

§ 0.7.0 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gochi operates. Any disputes arising from the Hyunbin Scholarship Award or its associated policies shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction’s governing body.

These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between Gochi and the recipient of the Hyunbin Scholarship Award and supersede any prior communications or understandings regarding the award.
